New Home & Office

Finally! We got our key to our new house. It has been pretty hectic planing for our wedding and settling our new house.

How we got this house was truly amazing and God blessed! We got this place at valuation price. Amazing? That's not all. Getting a 5 room in Sengkang and near my parents was our very first plan. But due to the price, we decided to narrow down to 4 room flat.

Finally, somehow there was a mistake on the seller's part which we thought we're gonna view a 4 room flat. When we reached, we realize it was a 5 room. But we thought, just give it a go. When we enter the house.... yes, it wasn't nicely done up at all. But we felt good about it, not only the price was good, but it's a feeling thing. If you own a property, you'll know what I mean:)

And within about 20mins, we called our agent and confirm this unit. After looking at 20 over units, we found it.

Why? well, because we wanted a unit that has minimal renovation done so that we can do our own theme to the home.

God answered our prayers and gave us more than what we've asked.
1. 5 room
2. 3 bed rooms
3. 1 study room
4. 2 blocks away from my parents
5. walking distance to the MRT station
6. near 2 different bus tops
7. no above valuation
8. big house, 121 sqm
9. expensive flooring
10. nothing massive and major done to the house by the previous owner

The theme of our house is: Classic Country Concept.
Office and meeting room: Contemporary Concept.

Our renovation should start early next week. Yes! We can't wait to see our newly renovated home. We call it, the SUPER EXTREME Makeover! Scroll down and you'll know why!!

Our new neighbors..

Apparently the previous owner said this number came out in the 4D. But we don't gamble, so it doesn't really matter.
Yes!! the colour of the gate is ugly. It's going to go through a new make-over!

Well, our kitchen isn't much, but it's also going to go though a complete EXTREME make-over. It's gonna look great soon!!!

Hmmm.... Wondering if this toilet really suits to be in our house. Yes yes yes!! It's also going to go through a complete make-over!! haha

The walkway to the rooms. It's gonna change too! Especially the colours!!!!!
Our dining area will be at the left side. So the plugs will have to be relocated.

This is suppose to be a study room, but we're going to convert this whole area to a meeting room for me to meet couples. It's gonna be nice and cozy. That's where the sofa will be, and the colour is going to be much much nicer, unlike this current one!! Haha!!

Here's still the meeting room. The TV will be mounted on to the wall, so that couples can relax and view the slideshow.
All window grills will have to go. It's pretty ugly!

Our Master bedroom. Wait till you see the new revamped and nicely furnished one:)

Spare room...

Now here's gonna be my office. It's gonna look nice and white, so that photos can be processed properly with the right colours. It's of course gonna look perfectly revamped!!!

This is our living room. It's not gonna look this way after our renovation.

Please don't ask why is the whole house PINK!!! Yek!!!

Reto & Selene - Solemnization

Venue: Flutes At The Fort

Here's something different. I've decided to showcase our new album design. The first one is the album cover, which the excess trimmings are for folding inwards as the album is a hard cover album.

This album is of Reto & Selene's solemnization. Reto is really a romantic man with full of love for Selene:)

Wonderful couple;)

Gary & Melissa - Solemnization

Venue: Capitol Building, China Club

Few weeks before Gary & Melissa's solemnization, their good friend, Susie called me, saying that she want's to bless them with a gift, which is photography service. Gary & Melissa wanted something simple, but Susie wanted them to remember this special day with great photos.

Yes, I'm very honored to be the one capturing their important moments:)

Nice place with the evening sun shining in.

Gary wrote a nice touching letter..

Yup, his emotions became tears... of course, tears of joy!

Melissa's father giving a short speech. He was arrowed last min thou. But great speech still:)

Lineng & Karen - Wedding Day

Church Wedding @ Faith Community Baptist Church - TOUCH Centre

I knew Lineng & Karen before they engaged me for their wedding, as we're from the same church. They came to my home office to meet me, and it felt kind of weird initially as everything was kind of formal... haha... but yeah, it became relaxed after awhile. I must say, capturing the most important part of their lives as a friend for some years is pretty fun. I was able to feel their emotions at every moment, and got what I needed to produce for this lovely couple.

The twins! Karen's brothers

Karen was pretty relax... but I remember her saying she felt sleepy...

Poor groom... made to run up stairs... but just 1 floor only.. hehe

haha... She wanted to sneak out to peek at the gate-crash.

Curious...

Harshu & Sandy - Wedding Day

Solemnization & Banquet @ Maritus Mandarin Hotel.

Harshu had H1N1 when they flew in from Australia the week of their wedding, and they had to postpone their wedding to 1 month later. Well, he said it just felt like a normal flu. Oh, not to worry, his perfectly fine now. Very health and happily married!

Sandy had her gown made and flew in from U.S.
Really a beautiful gown!

He said he needed a break after posing for the Funny Booth...
Actually, his nervous before the march-in..heh..

Ain't she happy :)
